Anyone ever hear of the film Pontypool? It's a Canadian zombie film and I was really impressed with it at the theatres this weekend. It has the virus spread not by biting someone else or the exchange of fluids, but rather by words. If a certain word in the english language is said to an individual, it turns them.

Sounds crazy, but I was really impressed with this independent film. If you get a chance, try and pick it up. I would be interested if someone else saw it to let me know that I am either crazy for how much I liked it or in a group that will surely grow upon more viewings.

Interesting concept. It's great that someone has decided to leave the eat thy brains, eat people, and body snatching, and has created their own unique twist.

I just watched this the other night. I thought the movie was very interesting. It also creeped my the fuck out. Also, the acting was insane.

Now, this flicks official US release is still pending, but while browsing a Blockbuster yesterday for previously viewed movies I saw that it's already been released as a "Blockbuster Exclusive" and is available for rent of pv puchase now!

I've heard different things about the movie. Not sure it would be worth a purchase, but definately a watch
