Good show guys. Its always a blast just listen to you guys bull shit around, good times.
I really need to go see Super 8, hopefully I can tonight.... But I doubt it :( gotta see Horrible Bosses...And on Battle Los Angeles, I just watched this movie for the first time last week and It was a huge disappointment. Killer Princess is 100% right.... how do they make an alien invasion movie boring? I mean seriously.
edit: I saw Super 8, loved it.

Enjoyed the show fellas. Great stories. "Yes! You in the orange shorts!"
I was so excited to hear The Mechanic get some love. I was concerned at first when Butcher started off by saying "It stars Jason Sta....th....am?". I'm thrilled you enjoyed it.
I'm in the same boat as BC when it comes to Apocalypse Now. I watched it in my early 20's and didn't quite get it. Since the Blu-ray was announced I have been looking to get it cheap (>$20) because I'm certain I'd be blown away by it now. Even if the film doesn't do it for me the documentary sounds like a slam dunk.
You guys kinda mentioned having the 80's podcast be VHS horror. I know I'd really like that.
Thanks for the entertainment fellas. Hope your feeling better GregMO.

Sweet. I will probably wait til this is up in iTunes. So happy that BC is back. I enjoy listening to Butch and can do so for hours (I listen to you guys pretty much all night at work) but I LOVE the interplay between the two of you. Spending a day out with BC at the flea markets and Funspot sounds like my ideal date. Don't get too excited, BC, I'm a 38 year old straight male. Anyway, really looking forward to this new podcast!

Well there goes my boner.
Glad to hear some others enjoyed Super 8. I'm still surprised so few of you have seen it. I mean, this is Abrams and Spielberg!!! Everybody loved Star Trek...I thought this was much better.
Crikan, I'm pretty psyched about the horror flicks for Digging Up the 80's too. I don't know what it is, but I'm itching to watch some old school horror movies on VHS right now. Unfortunately I gave my VCR to Butch a while back. KaylaCap and I had to go out and buy a DVD/VCR Combo last night. (Sorry Butch...no Blu-ray). My plan is to invite Butch over tonight to watch Summer Camp Nightmare and Pirahna II on VHS, have him sleep over and get up tomorrow at like 7:00 to pick at Flea Markets and Pawn Shops and blow the whole afternoon/evening at Funspot. Is there a better day? IS THERE A BETTER ****ING DAY????
BC is stoked......

As BC was describing how good Super 8 was, I was getting just as excited as Butch. I am a huge fan of Speilbeg's earlier work ( E.T, Gremlins, The Goonies, and Back To The Future), and to hear that he made a movie that brings him back to form is exciting. I can't wait to see it now knowing that he still has it.
BC, it's a shame you rented Brothers and had to return it without seeing it. You should defeniately try to get it again as its the best performance by Tobey Maguire you will ever see.
Glad to know that Digging up the 80's is back. VHS horror huh? Could be interesting. Change is always a good thing. The Sleepaway Camp series could be fun to talk about. I havn't seen those in years. What about a Digging Up the 80's show on horror tv series from the 80's? Freddy's Nightmares, Friday The 13th - The Series, Werewolf, Tales From The Crypt. etc

And Butch says you are never on the forum. Lies.
Hey, not to get all mushy on you cos we don't know really know each other at all (and this sentence is already starting to sound creepy, right?) but when you gave Butch that Nightmare on Elm Street lunch pail that you told him you had ebayed, I almost cried. Really, it was an emotional moment for me. But hey, I always cry at the end of Star Wars and The Karate Kid, so maybe I'm just an emotional guy.

I always cry when I watch the Oprah Winfrey Network and at the ending of The Last Song with Miley Cyrus, so I know your pain. :)

Such a good solid show, it was very nice to hear BC back on the mic, there was so much twin brother banter, small inside joke type quips and little movie mentions/quotes to make this show worthy of repeat listenings. I loved the BC trifling wife story, I love when BC has new story to tell, he is the Aurthur Lange of story telling for KR. Lots of good movie reviews this show, glad to hear The Mechanic get a mention, I like to hear a little action love going on with possible Action/Explotation films being on the list for the Horror Fest this year, Savage Streets is a nice pick in my opinion. A smile was put on my face when I heard a new Digging Up The 80's was in the works and the thoughts of Summer Camp Nightmare being picked sounds great, although I feel it may be a film that falls under the awesome poster, not so awesome film category. I have not seen it in years though and would definitely be up for hearing the Dumont boys take on it.

The 80's podcast is not going all horror. I have no idea what I was thinking when I said that. :)
