I don't think she's a good enough actress to be in a movie that will essentially be awesome. She's hot as hell and I would slam the living hell out of her, but I don't think she should be in the movie.

Angelina Jolie, maybe?

Exactly. Playing alongside Nolan's top-notch talent would just underscore the credibility gap. Then again, for all I know maybe Fox is the next Meryl Streep. I've only seen her act in the Transformers movies, which was less acting and more of a Maxim video shoot.

I'm thinking The Sun's source for this "scoop" was some horndog fanboy's blog.
