Sean Bean is my favorite Bond Villian and he was great in The Hitcher. But whenever I see this question the first name that pops in my head is John Lithgow in Ricochet. Its really a waste that he hasn't been evil more often. Same with John Malkovich.

He ws great in Dexter as well. What a wierd fucker he played.
