Good question! I grew up on 80's films so I'm pretty burnt out on those. I would have to say the stuff I watch over and over is pretty recent. Here's my list off hand: 40 Year Old Virgin, Knocked Up, Superbad, Anchorman, Walk Hark: Legend of Duey Cox, Just Friends.
Some all time classics for me are: Big Lebowski, Better Off Dead, Revenge of the Nerds, Tommy Boy, The Naked Gun.
I'll have to add a few more when I'm not on an iphone.

I like a mix of old and new, mainly slapstick/physical comedy. Stripes, Talladega Nights, Step Brothers, Tropic Thunder, and Ghostbusters, just to name a few.

True story there, and now that people are going back and trying to add to series or remake series, it is becoming all too apparent.

I'm not sure comedy changed in the 90's. The only thing i can think of is that sex and nudity has increased in some if not most comedies and also that they have gone into the more "gross out" comedy route.
