We've talked about movies that have ruined series on the boards quite a bit. Now it's time to find out what great trilogies are actually out there.

Had to go with Star Wars. Only other one even in the realm for me was LotR.

Best, I had to go with Lord of the Rings (even though I am not a huge fan).

If it was fav, then Star Wars wins. But Ewoks leave a bad taste in my mouth (It's true! AND, they are hard to swallow).

Went with LOTR. I was going to go with Godfather but then I remembered part three... So LOTR it is.

Why do I feel like you chose that just because it wasn't listed?

Most of the options listed have at least one weak link in the chain, not so with 'ol Matt Cordel!

Ok, I concede. You have a point. Just interested, what do you think is the weakest link in the Ginger Snaps and Romero trilogies?

I think the weak link for Ginger is the last one and for Romero it's Day, just too talky.

I can dig it. Snaps 3 was kinda weak, but compared to other werewolf movies it was still fairly good. Man, I wish there were some awesome werewolf movies aside from the handful that I know of.

Man i guess ill be the guy that votes for Ginger snaps love the first 2 and 3rd not so much.
But it would be close to Phantasm because i ignore the 4th ones existence. So scratch that PHANTASM ALL THE WAY!!!

Thanks man lookin forward to posting some threads. I agree i would really love some great werewolf films but your right there is only a handfull of good ones. Off the top of my head i can only think of Ginger Snaps, Dog soldiers, Silver bullet, The Howling, and American Werewolf in london. If you know any others i should check out let me know. Oh yeah The beast of bray road isn't that bad either if my memory serves me right

Yeah, you pretty much got them all right there. It's kinda sad when you think about the number of vampire and zombie movies put out, let alone decent ones.

Yea, the only other werewolf flick I can think of that I dig would be Bad Moon, pretty cool one.

I would have to say "Back To The Future" A classic body of films that are imaginative, fun to watch and hold up very well against any movie made today.
