Fav crime flick from the UK

Crime flicks are always a great way to see the seedier side of a country. Today we look at the great crime flicks that have come out of England. A tiny little island called home be fellow KR-ites such as Arthur Hucksake, SkullWhichCameFromHell, and a couple others. These crime flicks are the things that England tries to keep under wraps, but they make damn fine movies.

I went with Harry Brown, that dude is Britain's answer to Dirty Harry. And it was fucking awesome. Granted I loved Bronson too, but this one just edged it out.

Of the films listed on the poll, I'd also go with Harry Brown. However, I voted "other". My own choice would be the 1960 classic The League of Gentlemen. It's about an intricately-planned bank robbery carried out by a group of disgraced ex-army personnel. For anyone interested, the first 10 minutes can be seen on the clip below.
