I played two games yesterday. I played about an hour of Resident Evil 5. I was totally hammered and couldn't believe how many zombies (infected??) there were. I also couldn't believe how I survived long enough to get past the first level.

I also played Friday the 13th for the NES. It's a tough one alright.

Left 4 Dead on line for 360, it is like crack. Just started Fable 2, God I loved the first one.

I just got done playing Smackdown vs Raw 2009 for the ps2. This is the system where the game truly shines. The graphics are incredible, the entrances are smooth, and if you look at it on the basis of either a fighting game or a wrestling game the controls and the game play absolutely deliver.

Just started Elder Scrolls and officially signed my life away. I also played House of the Dead: Overkill the other day. Funny game that provides lots of fun. If you like to shoot things, this game's for you. You just sit and shoot endless zombies. Infinite ammo and you don't even need to control your guy, the system does that for you. Perfect for when you just want to sit, get hammered and shoot things.

I finished Dark Sector about a month ago and haven't started anything new yet. I'm eyeing Far Cry 2 though.

yeah me too,unfortunately they took out the 24/7 mode which was a really stupid thing.almost kills the game.also ssucks there wasnt a LEGENDS OF WRESTLEMANIA for PS2.They did announce that there will be a RAW VS SMACKDOWN 2010 so thats cool.

I just downloaded Space Ace for the iphone based on The Butcher's recommendation. It's very cool, but pretty fucking hard.

But I'm forever trying to finish Fallout 3. I could finish it, but I want to find everthing in the game. I think I'm going to die tryring.

I was feeling nostalgic & went and pick up a copy of Twisted Metal: Black, one of my all-time favorite games, the character & their stories are just so fucked up, love it. For an older PS2 game it looks better than I remember it too, dunno if its my TV or PS3 or both. Totally worth picking up again though!

I played the Ghostbusters demo yesterday, which was pretty cool. I also played a few hours of Bionic Commando for the XBOX-360. It's pretty damn cool so far. I'll never get sick on swigning through town.

Pirates is great. It's the standard Sid Meier's game so none of the characters actually speak english, its gibberish. There are sword fights, naval battles, sneaking into towns, upgrading ships, etc.

Picked up Infamous last weekend & I've been playing the shit outta it, this game is awesome, I don't normally gush over games, but this one really rocks. If you got a PS3 go pick up Infamous, so much fun!

I just started Ghostbusters myself. The game is really, really fun. Trapping ghosts is much more involved and fun that I had anticipated it to be.

Well I don't know what took me so long, but I finally picked up Fallout 3, and it's taken over my life. Pretty much all my free time has been there the past couple days, so I suppose that should tell ya I'm really diggin it.

I was playing Fallout 3 until my PS3 shit the bed. I love that game. I think my guy is level 15 or something. I explored every possible lead I could. I can't wait to get my system fixed and get back on track.

What do you like about the game so much?

I loved how it combines elements of RPG storyline, FPS action, Sandbox gameplay, and spectacular graphics and sound. Now I just wish the expansions were worth the time it took to code them (unfortunately they suck at all of the aforementioned save graphics and sound).

I just completed 'Tenchu: Shadow Assassins' on the PSP not too long ago. It was a good game, I recommend it if you are into the stealth-genre. I'll post a review of it soon.

I'm looking forward to 'Batman: Arkham Asylum' and 'Wolfenstein'. Too bad they pushed back, 'Bayonetta'.

I love all the things that jekyll listed, the storyline is fantastic & I loved the way your decisions really effected the world as a whole. That's another thing, the world, this honestly has to be the most fully realized world that I've ever played in, I mean wow! The voice acting was top notch, there's just so much to possibly do. I'm really excited for Fallout: New Vegas, being a Vegas local I'm really hyped!!

Picked up the Beatles: Rock Band yesterday, it's very cool & easily the best band specific music game to come out yet. Especially when so many of the games have such a hit or miss song list it's nice to see one where every song is a certifiable classic! It shows that a lot of love went into the making of this game.

I use shale as a super tank, morrigan as healer/area of effect spellcaster and Lilianna is versitile with a badass bow/arrow combo or a sword and shield. I am waiting for the new DLC to come out before I finish my second playthrough.

Sounds like you are further in the game then I. I'm human but week as shit. I have Morrigan, Alistair, and Leliana. Where did you find Shale? Alistair is a pussy, he always dies first, and when I try to act evil, he always complains. Sound like I need to equip Leliana with a bow and arrow instead of the sword.

Can you equip a human with a shield and sword at the same time? Since I die so much should I switch to the shield attacks?

Sounds like you are further in the game then I. I'm human but week as shit. I have Morrigan, Alistair, and Leliana. Where did you find Shale? Alistair is a pussy, he always dies first, and when I try to act evil, he always complains. Sound like I need to equip Leliana with a bow and arrow instead of the sword.

Can you equip a human with a shield and sword at the same time? Since I die so much should I switch to the shield attacks?

I've beaten the game. What class of human are you? Mage? Warrior? Rogue? I got shale through DLC, it's the Stone Prisoner DLC. I ditched Alistair when I got Shale. Don't forget, you can have sex with Liliana and Morrigan. You have to be male to get Morrigan in the sack, but Lilianna goes both ways. If you get your strength up to 42 you can equip the best armor, sword and shield in the game. That's the max strength you need. Other points should go into dex, for higher hit %-age.

Thankfully I spent some time with Dragon Age this weekend. Up to 50 hours and I have no doubt I will go another 20 before the end.

Lord Dio, if you are having problems I would recommend getting the official guide. Stay away from the Companion and Walk-through sections because of spoilers. Near the front is a great section on how to build an effective character for each class and how to build a good party and use it. For instance you'll want a Tank, Damage Dealer, Healer and Thief. The Damage dealer could be a Mage, Warrior or Rogue. Also, once the game world opens up (about 10 hours in) do "Circle of the Magi" first to get the healer and a lot of attribute bonuses.

I use morrigan as damage dealer (either cold or lightening depending) and a healer, its not too bad if you set up her tactics right.

I am a Warrior Tank. If I started over today I'd choose a DPS Mage with Arcane Warrior and Spirit Healer specializations. I only need Heal, Rejuvenate, Group Heal, and Revive. The PC gets enough Talents that I think it could be both Damage Dealer and Healer effectively. That would leave me with two tanks and a thief.

My current healer has a lot I don't even use.

I took all of your advice, and did a lot better last night. I'm a human warrior (in real life to). I jacked up the healing on Morrigan (I'm trying to do her) and focused on building up traits, and not spreading them out like I was doing before, basically I'm getting a better understanding/grasp of how to play the game with the whole team, and not just my guy.

I'll do the Circle of the Magi when it appears, sounds like I need it.

I do them in this order: Circle of Magi, Humans (Arl Eamon/Urn of Sacred Ashes), Dwarves (Paragon of Her Kind), then finish with the elves. It's pretty easy that way, plus the elf one is really short after doing the Dwarven one. Don't forget to do side quests to help gain XP. If you want a guide to the game, I used this my first time through: http://wikicheats.gametrailers.com/index.php/Dragon_Age:_Origins_-_PC_PS3_XB360/Walkthrough. They do a really good job, but don't have all the companion side quests listed. So just keep talking to people in your party to get those quests.

I almost didn’t know how to feel. It’s the best game they’ve played since Week 4 against the Broncos last year. They’ve been so bad for so long I’m almost numb from all the losing. It feels good going into the offseason with a quality win over a hated rival but I can’t shake the feeling that next year will be just as bad. Talent wise, this is the worst team in franchise history and it will take more than one off-season to get us back into playoff contention. It’s really embarrassing that we don’t have one legitimate NFL star on the entire team. Thankfully our rivals, Denver and Oakland, are in just as bad a shape.

I'm putting more time right now into Darksiders, imo, it's better than Bayonetta. Bayonetta is great so far, but idk, Darksiders is way more easy to get into and appealing to me.
