Inglourious Basterds Gets US Date

In an early announcement to retailers it has been revealed that Universal Studios Home Entertainment will release Quentin Tarantino's 'Inglourious Basterds' on Blu-ray on December 15, day-and-date with the DVD. This will be a two-disc special edition, and contents are expected to be similar be similar to those on the UK edition Blu-ray that was recently announced for December 7.

As usual, this date can't be considered official until there is a formal announcement by the studio.

We're getting ready to run the O-cards for this (the "sleeves" that the DVD cases slide into) at the printing factory where I work. Got a *huge* order for every edition.

It might be the first Blu-Ray I buy for my new player.
