You're going to have fun at Django, it's very Kill Bill with a little Blazing Saddles sprinkled over it

Thank you. I had meant to beat last year's record which was around 540 I think but extenuating factors such as moving to the other side of the country and what happened with my family set me back a bit. I'm hoping to get over 500 again this year but I'm also planning on focusing more on stuff like writing and getting stuff made which might take up a bit of my movie time.

I still need to see The Impossible. That and Zero Dark Thirty are only playing in three theaters deep in the heart of midtown at the moment which is a pain to get to from my house so I just haven't made the effort yet. I hope you hit the big 500 as well, sir and a happy 2013 in cinema.

Gronith- I'm the opposite, I think. I barely watch television save for quick half an hour comedies I can throw on in lull times.Yet I know there's great television out there I'd love like all three you mentioned. I need to make more of a concentrated effort to watch some of those.

Reading these year end wrap ups just make me realize... I barely watched movies this year. Got caught up in Sons of Anarchy, Breaking Bad, and Justified instead I guess.

Wow. That is a LOT of movies. I dipped below the 500 mark for the first time since (I think) I was in my 20's. I hit only 461 this year. 72 of those in the theatre.

I didn't mind The Pact. But I agree about Killer Joe. It's NC-17 rating really hurt it. I am glad I was not he only one to have seen Bigfoot (not that it was good, I just thought I was the only one).

Agree with just about everything. Hathaway was good. Very good. But Naomi Watts in The Impossible I thought was a tad better. Probably because she had more screen time.

Great Post sir. Hope that you and I can both his 500 movies this year!

No problem, guys. I still haven't found copies myself yet. I think I got stuck with a barely functional Walmart so who knows when they'll get it in. It's been fun hunting them down, though. Reminds me of the golden days of collecting.

Thanks! I might make a Other Top Ten list when another Friday the 13th rolls around. I know there's plenty more memorable moments in the series. I still need to get the newer deluxe editions so I can watch all the new features, but I was waiting 'til they all hit blu, preferably in a nice boxset. That, and a job, I suppose. But I still have that set from five or six years ago that'll tide me over.

Have you guys heard the Final Chapter commentary track? The director talks a lot about Crispin's dance. It's good stuff.

Awesome post Dusty. Number 7 had me laughing out loud. Jason's look really does say it all.

Friday is still my favorite series. You did a great job picking the best moments. I would love to see moments 11 thru 20.

Thanks. Jason Takes Manhattan is an average slasher once you get past that initial disappointment of the minimal New York scenes. I never understood the hate since it's about on par with most of the series to me.

You made Homicide cum. All I got was a hard-on. Still, at my age, that is no small feat. Well done sir.

And any list that contains a scene from Jason Takes Manhattan is alllllright in my books!

Thanks! It's really fun being here. It's actually been motivating me to write much more than I usually have in the past.
