I'd like to debunk a myth. One that has been perpetuated by bullies and haters alike. That myth is that sci fi nerds, Star Wars fans in particular are basement dwelling, bookworm freaks.
Allow me to give you three good reasons, that if you follow said myth, you can go ahead and shut your fuckin' mouth.

The Toronto After Dark Film Festival launched last night at the Bloor Cinema in Toronto and now in its 5th year, I think they have really hit the mark.
That's not to say that the previous four years weren’t a treat for the horror and thriller aficionado. Bbut this year, I think they have hit their stride and learned valuable lessons from the previous four installments.

The panel at the Chapin Theatre this afternoon would have lightened up the moodiest of Star Wars convention goers. A natural comedian and talented actor both, Warwick Davis walked out to the warmest reception I've witnessed all weekend. Of course, "Uncle George" makes his appearance tomorrow, so it'll be fun while it lasted.

Before my eyes were averted, I sat in on a very informative little panel.
Able to "force" my way through the insanely long lines for Mark Hamill's panel, which was lining up a whole 2 hours ahead of time, to got into "Masters of the Empire",

Well, day two here in Orlando got off to a somewhat slow start. I decided to forgo the lines and come in a little late. Smart thinking. I was in dire need of something to lug around all my "tools", and the Jonas Brother's bag Kaitlin suggested it wasn't going to cut it, obviously.
