First thing's first, I want to have someone do terrible things to Michael Bay. He's a terrible director who has made maybe one good movie where he was in the chair (I am giving him the first Bad Boys, decent adult oriented action flick and good shut brain off material. Wow that describes his whole output!) and has overseen the raping of many franchises I love. Next supposedly on his list is TMNT, where he's turning my beloved turtles of mutant origin into fucking ALIENS?!?!?! Anyway I digress, to distract myself from my mom's suicide two years ago today, I'm immersing myselfin F13 media. To start with I am going with the WEAKEST film in the series... That's right, Bay's produced remake.

I was initially high on it, until I thought about the actual holes and changes they made to Jason. I dislike this new monster who knows to fucking clean up his crimes?!?! He knows how to grow pot (Why? He KILLS anyone who smokes for fuck's sake!), he sets traps? And most importantly this motherfucker RUNS?

These are not changes for the good, and I can't wait to watch a f13 movie I like. I think I will have go for my personal favorite X (I loved the Jason in Space concept for YEARS and thought it would never ever happen, so when it did I was in 7th heaven, and I really think it's a great B-grade compliment to the series!)

Oh and the teens are disposable as they should be, but at least the other films ATTEMPTED some type of characterization even the most stereotypical in the world.
