Anybody else playing/played Alice:Madness Returns?

So I started playing Alice:Madness Returns, and now I'm stuck. If anybody else has been playing this can you help me out? I'm stuck in the Mad Hatter level. I can't seem to beat the 2 eyepots on the platform. From what I understand these guys are hard to beat, but the others weren't that bad.

I do. I like it. From what I've been reading not everyone is a fan of it. But to me it plays the same as the 1st one just on the Xbox. There are a couple of glitches, but the 1st one has the same ones.

The game scored pretty low in a lot of reviews but it still looks pretty cool, I'll pick this up when it goes down to $20 dollars.

LOL! No. My husband has started to help me, so we're progressing. I still love it though. I like how her outfit changes according to the level

I agree about her outfit. I always find myself looking around the level just because of the cool designs. Wait till you get to the house of cards level in the sky. That's super cool. My only problem with the game is that the levels are super long.

How do you feel about the side scrolling mini levels? That was a big complaint in most reviews, but I like them.

I don't mind them, I think they're kind of fun, plus whenever you get a new weapon you can get a chance to perfect them.

I think everyone that complains about this should really go back and play the first one. The first one is close to this one, I actually think this one is a bit easier. Except those damn eyepots!

I don't understand the low ratings this game has received. I think XBOX magazine rated the game a 6/10. That doesn't make any sense to me. I think sometimes reviewers let their personal taste interfere with the games rating. And reviewers never consider a games budget or price when writing reviews. This bothers me too. They compare every game released to epic high budget games like Mass Effect or Red Dead Redemption. That's not fair IMO.

I agree. I think that they forget not every body is into epic games, I just like to have fun playing games, and this is a blast
