    I think that I Saw the Devil was a fresh and innovative take on the revenge horror film and will be considered an instant classic

    Definitely agree with Trick r' Treat, Martyrs, and REC. I'd throw Shaun of the Dead in there as well. Even though it's splat stick, it's still going to remain a classic movie, at least to me.
