With so many shows on I've given up on taking on anymore new shows. Right now the only shows I make sure to watch are Fringe and Walking Dead. Has anyone given up on television? With so many shows on trying to watch them all would make my f--king head spin.
Not totally given up, but the number of shows I watch could be counted on both hands, and that's year long, not just one season.

I wait now for a lot of the seasons to come on DVD

I think I have a bit. There are a few shows I watch daily and others I wait for on blu-ray or DVD. Other than the TV shows I watch now I catch on Netflix.

I have watched only 3 episodes of the walking dead, the rest are sitting on my dvr. After the 2nd season it lost my interest. But I will watch them eventually. Other than that I make sure to record The Soup, Eastbound and Down, Survivor (yes I'm not ashamed),The Colony, Deadliest Catch, Modern Family, Office, Ink Masters (the judging on that show was complete bs).
There's a few shows I like, Walking Dead, American Horror Story, Face Off and some other odds and inns. But football is a must. I'm thinking of experimenting with a Roku box and maybe just paying for a few services like HBO and see how it works out. Time Warner is ripping me off big time and refuses to give in. I pay way too much and don't even get pay channels. I'm gonna give them the boot soon I can feel it. Just got to figure out how to watch the football games when the season comes around.

Network tv... no. I'll watch Showtime and HBO shows on dvd and FX and AMC pump out HBO caliber shows as well
