    I hit Resident Evil then I noticed the Cabin Fever option. I think having a skin eating disease would be the worst.

    I have to say I'd want the Rage virus from 28 Days later the least because it takes effect in like 30 seconds. There's no waiting around for the miracle cure from Dustin Hoffman or Matt Damon.
