I had to go with the Orphanage on this one. I'm not one for ghost movies, but that one actually gave me the chills.

I went with the Sixth Sense. I don't know that it is actually all that scary but when I saw it I was so scared I was in tears. I went to see it in theaters with my Dad and he wanted to take me home but we ended up staying. I then didn't sleep for a week. A close second would have been the Others which also freaked me out but I did manage to sleep after that one.
I became insane, with long intervals of horrible sanity.

I went with Session 9. They are all good choices, but Session 9 spooked me.

I'm a huge STIR OF ECHOES fan, think it's one of the most underrated movies of the last fifteen years or so (I was just watching it again the night before last, in fact), but I had to go with THE RING since the poll we're voting for *scariest*.
THE RING -- both the original and Verbinski's remake -- gave me chills. And that's not something that happens very often to thsi jaded old horror fan.
