The Entity looks kinda cool. Looks like Poltergiest, but my vote is going to go for Tron. I havn't seen that myself since I was in single digits
Do NOT choose The Entity. The dvd is out of print and hard to find.

I was a big fan of both Tron and My Science Project. I picked Tron because I'd like to hear how you like it, not having nostalgia for it.

My Science Project is a film I watched repeatedaly back then. That would be my choice.
