When Kevin Bacon officially signed on to play the villain in X-Men: First Class, Fox did not specify which X-Men rogue the actor will portray. Despite heavy speculation that Bacon would be perfect for Mister Sinister, Forces of Geek have a source that claims the villain in question is Sebastian Shaw. Here’s a brief character bio courtesy of Wikipedia:
A mutant, Shaw possesses the ability to absorb kinetic energy and transform it into raw strength. He is the leader of the New York branch of the Hellfire Club, an exclusive secret society bent on world domination, although to the public, he is a legitimate businessman and ordinary human.
after Homicide educated me on who Sebatian Shaw is, I still don't care. if all of the X-Men movies came out when I was a teenager rather than an adult, I might of liked them more. Teenagers are so easy to pursuade into liking crap. I have no idea where the story is going but with it being a prequel, I just shrug and just move on. After all, didn't George Lucas invent that fucking word? I've brainwashed myself into believing there is no X-Men Last Stand. I've done a pretty damn good job too. I just wish Fox would let go of the X-Men Franchise and give it back to Marvel and do the movies RIGHT. However, if I was Goddess of the US, I wouldn't ALLOW anymore X-Men movies to be made.
Im actually Kind of stoked for this movie. Sebastion Shaw and the Hellfire club are cool. Its better than the old X men vs Magneto thing. Apocolypse or Sinister would be cool too.

I think a lot of the issues with the last Xmen movie will be solved with Xmen: First Class. Maybe it is because I was so in love with the comic but I'm really looking forward to this movie. That doesn't mean I will pay to see it in the theater but I will rent it at least.
I became insane, with long intervals of horrible sanity.
