What's a Good Remedy For Snoring?

My wife says I snore like a garbage compactor and want to kick it down a few levels. LOL Guys, help me out here! If you know of a good way to ease the noise level or kick the habit all together, any advice would be great. I have tried Breathe Right:



But for one, they are expensive to get all the time and two, they fall off through the night.

Have you tried nasal decongestant (like Afrin)?

Might not stop them, but might keep the decibels down.

That's not a bad idea Ben, I'll look into that. I've never tried nose spays before.

You can get a nasal spray that's used to treat other sinus problems and Polyps from the doctor. It stopped my snoring. Anti-biotics and god knows what else in it. Takes about 3-4 weeks of use to work, but afterwards when you can breath properly out of your nose, the snoring calms down.

I use to snore so loud I often woke myself up. lol
