Red 2 just got a little bit sexier. 

Red was a wonderful action comedy released two years back starring Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman, Helen Mirren and John Malkovich as ex CIA operatives forced to again use their deadly skills in an action centric plot that involved the Vice President.

Red was fairly successful at the box office taking in over $200 million, but its real fan base came from the video as it was the number one video rental film of last year. 

Trying to get such an A-List cast back together again would seem impossible, but the gang had such a great time together, they have all signed on for a return (well, with the exception of one). 

Set for release on August 2, 2013, Red 2 also boasts a new cast member – Catherine Zeta-Jones.  Mrs. Michael Douglas will have a juicy role in the sequel written by Erich and Jon Hoeber who were responsible for the original’s screenplay.
