If you have not yet considered Netflix as a source for original programming, you may want to start. We reported last month that Netflix will be behind the return of televisions Arrested Development and A-List names such as David Fincher and Kevin Spacey are developing projects as the Evil Red Empire.
But today’s news is the best yet. Deadline is reporting the Netflix is looking to bring Hemlock – a 13-episode horror series backed by Eli Roth – to a reality. Hemlock will be based on the novel by Brian McGreevy and is set “against the backdrop of our darkest myths, adolescent deceptions, ravenous relationships and rumours of a werewolf lurking”.
McGreevy will work from his own material to develop the project.
